There was an issue when I called back and call dropped before a ring was received on my end and when I finally got through; Priya knew my phone number and apologized. She didn't have time to call me back yet she was manning the phone calls and saw I called twice. Definitely a server issue. I had concerns about my homeowner insurance and billing statements with follow up."
